Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property including logos, trademarks, software, UI/UX, content, and documentation belong exclusively to SoftTalk or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

Pricing and Billing
SoftTalk operates on a usage-based pricing model. Charges may apply per minute for calls made or received via the AI voice agent platform. You agree to:
Pay all applicable charges as per your selected plan.
Understand that charges may change from time to time with prior notice.
Be responsible for all taxes as applicable under Indian law.

Privacy and Data Usage

Use SoftTalk to threaten, abuse, harass, or defame any person.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit any part of the software.
Use the platform for criminal or malicious activities, including impersonation.

Termination
SoftTalk reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate user access for violation of these Terms.
Delete or deactivate accounts that remain inactive or unpaid for an extended period.
Upon termination, your rights to access the service will immediately cease, and any remaining data may be deleted from our systems in accordance with our data retention policy.

Limitation of Liability
SoftTalk provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees about system uptime, accuracy, or uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Maximum liability in any case shall be limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 3 months.

Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts of Seoni, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
